Season ticket and package ticket holders of Eligible Ticket Packages from select Northwoods League teams* can list their tickets for sale, or donate their tickets, through the Northwoods League Ticket Exchange. The Northwoods League Ticket Exchange is provided by Reyka Technologies, LLC and is part of the same ticket system used by individual Northwoods League teams and therefore can be accessed through the “Your Account” or “Log In” button on the team’s online ticket page.

*The Northwoods League Ticket Exchange is not available in Rockford, IL and Thunder Bay, ONT.

How do I know if my Ticket Package is an Eligible Ticket Package?

If you purchased an Eligible Ticket Package through one of the participating Northwoods League teams, you should have received an email letting you know about the Northwoods League Ticket Exchange. You can also check by logging into “Your Account” or “Log In” on your team’s ticket site. Your login must use the same email address used when you purchased your ticket package either through the team box office or online. If you have an Eligible Ticket Package, you will see those tickets listed under the Exchange Tickets tab. If you are still unsure, you can contact the team from which you purchased your package and they will be able to confirm if your tickets are eligible for resale on the Exchange.

I want to sell my tickets. Where do I begin?

can start by logging into your account on your team’s ticket site. From there you can click on the Exchange Tickets tab to begin listing your tickets. You are allowed to sell or donate no more than 50% of your tickets for each individual seat within your Eligible Ticket Package. Check boxes will appear next to each ticket. Once you select which tickets you wish to list for sale, simply click on the “Sell Selected Tickets” button to begin the process. If you exceed the maximum number of tickets per seat allowed to be listed for sale or donated, the system will alert you and ask you to select other tickets.

What does it mean to donate my tickets?

You have the option to donate tickets to a non-profit organization through the Northwoods League Ticket Exchange. The team from which you purchased your ticket package has designated one or more non-profit organizations to which the tickets will be offered. These organizations will be listed once you select the Donate Tickets option and before you confirm the donation. Once you submit the tickets for donation, each charity listed will receive an email that donated tickets are available for them to claim on a first come first served basis.  If a charity claims your tickets, you will be notified via email.  If no charity has claimed your tickets two days prior to the game, the tickets will be returned to the you. We want the donation to be accepted but also want to provide you with sufficient time to use or make other arrangements for unclaimed tickets.

Am I eligible for any tax deduction if my donated tickets are claimed?

Please consult a tax advisor regarding deductibility.

I received special benefits as part of my season ticket package, do those benefits transfer with the ticket?

When you list a ticket for sale on the Northwoods League Ticket Exchange, you are selling just the ticket for the individual game selected. The buyer will receive only those benefits inherent to the seat and its location in the ballpark.  Additional items, such as parking access, promotional items or food/drink vouchers that were specific to the ticket package purchased and not the seat location, do not get transferred.  If the ticket is for a seat in a location that always has access to additional services, regardless of the ticket package purchased, then the buyer will also have access to those same services.

How do I set the price for my ticket(s)?

It is generally up to your discretion what price you would like to set the tickets, although we may place a minimum or maximum listing price in some cases. If there is a minimum value designated, it will be inserted as the default price and you will not be able to enter a lower price.  You can, however, enter a higher price if you choose.

How do I get paid for the tickets I sell?

Payment for tickets sold (not including processing fees charged to the buyer) on the Northwoods League Ticket Exchange will be made to the seller in the form of a credit with the team. A credit will be reflected in your team account after the sale of your ticket(s) is complete.

At the time of listing your tickets for sale, you will be notified of the exact credit value you will receive per ticket sold (adjusted to reflect any applicable commission) prior to the posting of your tickets. Be sure to keep this in mind when pricing your tickets at a specific price. This commission is subject to change at any time.

I no longer want to sell my tickets anymore. How do I remove my listing?

Go to “Your Account” online and on the Exchange Tickets page, simply click the “Unlist Tickets” link next to any ticket you wish to remove. You may unlist a ticket at any time before the ticket is sold.  Once a listed ticket is sold on the Northwoods League Ticket Exchange, you cannot reclaim that ticket.

How long will my tickets remain posted for resale?

Tickets listed on the Northwoods League Ticket Exchange will remain listed until they are sold, unlisted by you, or online tickets sales are close for the event. You can choose to remove them from the Exchange at any time prior to them being sold if you decide to use them. Tickets must be unlisted prior to use.

WHEN CAN I POST MY TICKETS FOR SALE?

The Northwoods League Ticket Exchange is active for a home team as soon as their single game tickets are available for sale online. You can list your tickets as soon as you have them in your physical possession or have contractual rights to them (e.g., a season ticket holder who has paid for a season package but has not yet received the physical tickets from the team).

What happens when a Buyer purchases my tickets?

Once a Buyer purchases your tickets, you will receive an email that your tickets have sold and your tickets will be removed from the site. The Buyer will automatically receive new tickets generated automatically by our system via email. This will invalidate your existing tickets and their barcodes. At this time, your existing tickets will no longer be valid for entry to the game. Any attempt to gain entry with your invalidated ticket may result in cancellation or revocation of your account, or additional action as deemed appropriate by the home team.

I no longer have the tickets I’ve listed in my possession. What do I do?

If you no longer have the tickets in your possession, you must immediately login into your account and unlist them from the Exchange.
