Mallards Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know that the tickets listed on Northwoods League Ticket Exchange are authentic?
The Northwoods League Ticket Exchange is provided by Reyka Technologies, LLC and is part of the same ticket system used by each Northwoods League team box office. When you buy tickets for select events on the Northwoods League Ticket Exchange, the barcodes on those tickets are electronically validated against tickets available from eligible resellers. The original ticket barcodes are cancelled and new, unique tickets are reissued through the team box office and emailed directly to you. This process guarantees the authenticity of the tickets.

PURCHASING TICKETS

What types of payment do you accept?
CREDIT CARD
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All prices listed are in U.S. Dollars (USD).  All transactions will be processed through the home team’s box office.

PERSONAL CHECK
We do not accept personal checks.

Why are some tickets on your site listed above face value?
Individual sellers may sell their tickets at prices above face value. This price is known as the ticket's "market value."  The market value price for a ticket is determined by many factors including seat location, supply and demand, date and location of event, etc.

How are my tickets delivered?
All tickets purchased on the Northwoods League Ticket Exchange are delivered electronically to the email address you provided. Tickets are emailed as soon as the transaction is confirmed and will be delivered as a PDF attachment you can print at home. You can also access your tickets through your online account.

Are tickets printed at home as good as hard tickets printed at the box office?

They are valid and 100% legitimate. Each ticket features a unique barcode that can be scanned at the gate of the venue, just like a standard hard ticket to which most consumers are accustomed. Make sure you bring these tickets with you to the game as you will not be admitted without them. Do not copy your tickets as the venue will only allow one entry per unique barcode. Make sure you keep your ticket in a safe place and protect it as you would any other ticket.

I purchased tickets ON THE Northwoods League Ticket Exchange but cannot attend the event. What is your refund/return policy?
There are no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on any order once it has been submitted to us.

What if my game is cancelled or rained out?
Since tickets purchased through the Northwoods League Ticket Exchange are processed by the home team’s box office, buyers are subject to the home team’s standard refund policies for cancelled or rained-out games. You can access that information on the team ticket site or by contacting the team.
